After your order has been placed, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.  All in stock orders ship after 3-7 business days of processing. Items tend to ship sooner; however, with the holiday season and the COVID restrictions, processing time may take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your business and your patience. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Sometimes orders may ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship. *Please note shipping time is dependent on accurate address information. Inaccurate address information or addresses unrecognized by our address verification system will incur delays*

Domestic orders then have 3-7 business days of Transit Time before delivery. 

Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. If there is ever a problem with the delivery/arrival of your package, please contact USPS with tracking information at 1-800-275-877.

Help! My package is lost, stolen or damaged. 

All priority shipping covers any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please use your tracking number to inquire about your package via USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

Oops! I scheduled a delivery/pick-up, but I missed it. What should I do?

Customer satisfaction and safety is very important to us. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your item has shipped please do not refuse. If an item is refused, there will be a $10.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. If items are delivered damaged, exchanges can be accommodated AFTER the customer contacts us at within 3 days of receipt.


All sales are final. We are unable to cancel or change the shipping address of orders once placed.
